Unjustified Consumer Withdrawal (article 4 \u00a7 10 of Law 2251\/1994, in combination with JMC Z1-891 \/ 2013)<\/strong><\/p>

The special right of the consumer for unjustified withdrawal<\/p>

Especially in the case that the user \/ customer is a natural person (ie not a legal entity, even non-profit) who buys products remotely from the online store galo.gr exclusively for his private use and not in the context of his professional activity ( hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe consumer\u201d) is entitled to withdraw unreasonably from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of physical possession of the product to him or his authorized representative, as provided in the above condition. 15, returning the product to its original condition. The unjustified withdrawal of the consumer from the distance sale is carried out in any convenient way and means chosen by him, who nevertheless bears the burden of proof of its timely exercise (within the exclusive period of 14 calendar days from the acquisition of physical possession product as above).     Upon receipt of the consumer\u2019s declaration for the exercise of the right of unjustified withdrawal, galo.gr will send the consumer a written confirmation of receipt of the exercised right of withdrawal. It is pointed out that for the calculation of the above fourteen-day deadline for timely exercise of the right of unjustified withdrawal of the consumer, only the time of submission of the declaration of withdrawal is taken into account, regardless of the time of receipt by galo.gr<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Exceptionally, the consumer\u2019s right to unreasonably withdraw from the distance selling contract shall not apply, and the consumer may not return the purchased product without compensation, in the following cases:<\/p>

    • In cases where the products have been used, as their use clearly goes beyond the usual examination of the product to determine its nature, characteristics and function, as it would take place in a physical store, making the product used. Indicatively, shoes that have signs of use even for a few days.<\/li>
    • In the event that the consumer has only made an online (online) or telephone booking of a product,\u00a0without obligation to pay,<\/u>in order to buy it from the physical store, as this transaction does not constitute a distance sale, to which only the right of the consumer to unreasonably withdraw.<\/li><\/ul>

      If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all the money we received from you, definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we will be informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract except for the return costs of products that are\u00a0CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.<\/strong><\/p>

      We will make the above refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged for such refund unless you suggest otherwise means of refunding your money (from the one you used in the initial transaction) at which time you will be charged with any costs of using galo.gr of this different medium, which (costs) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.<\/p>
